The National Tobacco Enterprise has been a long standing company, and recently JTI (a Japanese company) bought some of their shares. When they came in, they wanted to build a new factory. We were hired to design the reception area, the executive offices, the landscape (around 9,000 SQM), as well as the cafeteria and canteen.
